You would be in trouble because hospitals in Japan are mostly closed at night and weekend. Funabashi city has an emergency clinic open at night, on holidays and weekend called Yakan Kyubyo Shinryoujo. And there are medical clinics which rotate emergency treatment care on holidays or weekend.

Yakan Kyubyo Shinryoujo is in the Chuo Hoken Center. Paediatricians or doctors who can see babies and children are on duty at night. From this April, doctor’s duty hours has increased, it became more useful.
