Each session presents 10 and 14 giant gorgeous floats (Dashi) marching in the old town streets and canal coasts.

The float is 4 meters high and 3.2 meters wide having a 4 to 5 meters tall symbolic statue of god or historically famous person on top of the float structure.

This float operation has been nominated as the Important Intangible Folk Cultural Properties.

The folk music melody that marches together with the float is also a well known amusement.
