Sour dishes will help stimulate appetite

Therefore Vinegar flavored rice is used in a
variety of Sushi dishes.
The following Sushi is easy to cook and the
ingredients can be easily found.

eggs, 1/4 tsp. of salt, 1 tbsp. of sugar

and stir to make Sushi-zu.

rice and mix gently with a rice paddle in a chopping motion.
Grill the salmon and
crumble it with handsDSlice the cucumbers.
Sprinkle with the salt,
crumple up with hands, rinse in water and squeeze out water.
Cut Oba thinly.
Break the eggs, add the
sugar and the salt of (C) and stir well.
Fry the egg in the shape
of crepe and cut it into long pieces.
Add the salmon and the
cucumber to Sushi-rice, and mix .
Place the Sakezushi in a
large serving dish and on top nicely arrange the egg, Oba and the
Sushi-zu, seasoned vinegar for Sushi, can be found at most supermarkets.
