〜Kare-raisu (curry and
was first introduced from abroad and it was rapidly arranged for Japanese
taste as Kare-raisu. It consists of various ingredients such as beef, pork,
chicken, sea food and vegetables, which makes different taste. The following
is the one made of summer vegetables.
＜ Ingredients ( 4
servings ) ＞
4 bowls cooked rice
4 eggplants, 2 cucumbers,
100ｇfresh Shimeji mushrooms, 1tomato, 2 onions,
1 carrot, 1 pack instant curry roux, 4 tbsps. salad oil, 2 tbsps. Sake, 2
tsps. soy sauce, 4 cups water
＜ Directions ＞
Cut all the vegetables into large pieces.
Heat the salad oil in a pan and fry the
cut vegetables well. Put the Sake into the pan.
Add the water and bring it to a boil and
simmer until tender skimming off the scum on the surface.
Remove from the heat and put the cake of
the curry roux in it. When it melts, simmer again for a while.
Add the soy sauce and mix softly.
Serve the rice with the
cooked curry sauce on top of it.
