Ingredients ( 4 servings ) z
2.5 cups rice, 250g
minced chicken, 8 eggs,
2 cups fresh green peas, pickled ginger for
tbsp. each of sugar, Sake, ginger juice
and soy sauce.

Cook rice and keep it
Mix the ingredients

bring it to a boil.
Add the chicken and
