you are pregnant, please submit a ‘Notice of Pregnancy’ (‘Ninshin-Todoke’) and
receive ‘Maternal and Child Health Handbook’ (‘Boshi-Kenko-Techo’)
as soon as possible.
If you are
registered in Funabashi City, you can receive it.

health checkups once in early pregnancy and once in late pregnancy and
after childbirth, babies can get free health checkups once when he/she is
