My experience with Japanese
people take good care of themselves concerning their health. I
usually made a mistake on their ages.
example, I thought that the grandma of my daughterfs friend was her
mother, and general speaking,
think they look younger under their ages about 10 or 15 years.
there are many cooking and health care TV-programs in Japan. J
people are the long-lived group and they follow the research result
of nutrition, and dwell on the quality of ingredient, method of
cooking and so on.

There are 46 kinds of ingredient about the mentioned five groups at
a meal in traditional Japanese food.
From the TV-program I learned it. I really enjoy Japanese food and
Japanese health keeping.
