@

In order to keep Funabashi clean, citywide cleanup campaigns are implemented twice a year, in spring and autumn, involving as many citizens as possible.

On the morning of Nov.21 this year, the participants in this yearfs campaign will clean roadsides; gutters and pick up cans; bottles; divides according to other trash, and grasses in their area in groups each Chokai or Jichikai ( neighborhood association ) members.

Garbage trucks will be stationed at respective elementary schools to pick up the trash. Why donft you join in this campaign?

It will give you a chance to get to know your neighbors. For details on starting times, places to get together, etc., ask one of your neighbors.

This is whatfs happening so why donft you get involved?
