Kadomatsu

Kadomatsu is a New Year’s decoration consisting of a pair of pine tree branches and sterns of bamboo. It symbolizes long life and prosperity. Recently in order to preserve the greenery, Funabashi City has provided us a pair of paper decorations thanks to the efforts of Neiborhood Associations. From this year the distribution method has changed. Please choose from one of the following.

1. Please download the city Home Page and print it up.

2. Please get the printed Kadomatsu card at the following places.

1) Term: Dec.10 ( Thurs ) ~ Dec.28 ( Mon ) except holidays.

2) Places: FACE Bldg 5F, Shucchojo, Renrakujo, Kominkan, Noosuisanka in City Hall.

3) Number of Cards: 2 for each household
