In Funabashi City, there
are 25 kominkans (community centers) which are used for citizens’
circle activities, volunteer activities, learning, etc. In addition,
the events for both adults and children are
carried out throughout the year.
In autumn, “Bunkasai (cultural
festival)” is held in each area’s kominkan and you can enjoy the
exhibitions about local circle activities, mini concert, etc.
Let us introduce you the events of
the one of these kominkans called Chuo Kominkan (2-2-5 Honcho
(047-434-5551) which is situated about 7 minutes’ walk from JR and
Keisei Funabashi station.
Why don’t you
visit your local kominkans where various events are held? Please ask
your neighbors or Shakai Kyoiku ka (Social Education Section) of the
City Hall ((047-436-2892) about the location
of each kominkan.
