What
is FIRA ?
It is the association organized on August 25, 1987
with the objectives of increasing understanding and
interest in international exchange/friendship
chiefly among Funabashi City residents, and raising
international awareness and improving mutual
understanding with various foreign countries through
active undertaking of various projects.

We are now implementing wide variety of programs and
projects to foster friendship with various foreign
countries, assistance service to foreign residents
in Funabashi and interchange between Japanese and
foreign residents having interchange activities with
sister/friendship cities of Hayward (the US), Odense
(Denmark), and Sian (PRC). @ |
